May 2011
Green4Print was created to meet the demand from the market to develop more sustainable printing ink. It goes without saying that this objective can not be at the expense of the pressing and printing properties. Even more: in addition to the ambition to make 'green' ink, we wanted to develop a high quality ink that would also be more economical to use than existing conventional inks. It was spring 2011 when the first test of this innovative ink took place in the print shop.

January 2012
At the start of 2012, the first ink was deemed ready for production and from then on we started building Green4Print as a company. By formulating the objective, we looked for the right building blocks to be able to achieve a healthy start. The focus was to add experience to allow a young company to be successful in a challenging time. Specific areas were internationalisation, financial capacity and marketing. Product development was already under control. As part of our goal, we looked for production locations on different continents. The motivation for this is of course corporate sustainability.

September 2013
We were looking for confirmation for our business operations from engaging institutes like EPEA (Cradle2Cradle) and ISEGA. The certificates awarded are indisputable proof that Green4Print products meet the highest standards in the field of ecology, environment and well-being of man, plants and animals.

January 2014
Green4Print enters into agreements with existing ink manufacturers. By working together rather than competing and delivering a product for which there is more and more demand in the market. The Green4Print products are available in more and more countries.

Green4Print is the first company in its branch to receive this score. Material health is an important port of the whole Cradle-to-Cradle program, where they examines the identification and exposure of chemical toxics during the production, the use and the end of the use of the product.
